From business owners: name, email address, business information you provide (name, hours, location, services, FAQs), payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we never store your card details), and usage data.
From your customers: name, email address, and phone number when they interact with your chatbot and choose to share their contact information, chat conversation messages, and appointment booking details.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the HelpTrax service, to send notifications about your account leads and bookings, to process subscription payments, and to power the AI chat assistant on your website. We do not sell any personal information to third parties. Ever.
Who We Share Your Information With
We work with trusted third party service providers for payment processing, email delivery, AI response generation, website hosting, and data storage. None are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention
Business account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account your data is deleted within 30 days. Customer leads and booking data are retained until you delete them from your dashboard or close your account.
